“I’m not… Sure, just remembered blacking out… Uhm, are you alright Thalia. Outside of the- well… Obvious? You said something about your dad..”
With Elizabeth’s utterances Thalia shot her a sharp look; so sleek and so maliciously hateful the scowl seemed to breed permanence on her beautiful face. She didn’t reply to her questions. Thalia knew Elizabeth meant well but in their predicament forgiveness was not in her nature. Holding her tongue felt like the greatest achievement she could ever muster. Was she alright? Apart from being a little delirious she felt otherwise unharmed, though who knows what the dust and debris would do to her lungs in the future. Cancer crossed her mind, like those poor souls that had no idea the devastating effects of breathing in asbestos. But she shoved it out and away. She was being far too dramatic and she would have almost chuckled to herself if she hadn’t taken another few steps forward to the wall.
“T-Thalia, sto-” Elizabeth called, but it was too late for her soul now. She had stepped on someone’s grave... quite literally.
The girl was ripped open, her face doll-like and placid, as though she had no idea the horrors that had occurred to her. Her guts spilled out like wonderful ribbons across the floor, crimson decorating her ivory skin in veiny patterns. It could have been beautiful if it wasn’t so utterly horrifying. And the cherry on top? The small name tag poking its face from her pocket;
C. Mercier.
Thalia choked back a cry of terror and stumbled forwards to try and escape the scene before her. One of her feet caught in a ribbon of intestine and she slid in the masses of blood when trying to steady herself.
Splat!
She fell face-first into the gore and froze in horror. On her hands and knees, her eyes immense, her body stricken. “No... no no no no nO NO NO, FUCKING NO,” she howled, shoving herself back and up to her filthy feet. Blood was dripping from her hands and slipping down her knees. She shook, unconscious initially to the fact Elizabeth had seized her arm and was dragging her away from the scene.
Her words passed by Thalia like a flood, as though water had filled her ears and rushed up against her brain. Thump, thump, thump, her head knocked, trying to break through to her; trying to make her see sense. All she wanted was to hold someone. To grip on tight like a warm security blanket. Though those she was closest with were either missing, still unconscious or in no state to be handing out some reassurance. Fine. She’d just have to get a grip herself. Her eyes flickered to the very still Sig in the corner and the trembling stopped and Elizabeth’s voice faded back into coherence.
“Make sure you two can walk fine first, Thalia. When you get better, you can help Arielle wake the Sig or Faith, alright?”
Thalia shot her another sharp look. She was pale, covered in blood and sick to the stomach and yet Elizabeth’s remarks filled her only with irritability. ‘What’s wrong with you?’ She thought to herself. ‘She’s only trying to help...’ But the words that spilled from her mouth were not so understanding. She spat them like an enraged feline.
“Oh, so I’m becoming babysitter to the unfortunate?” Thalia growled, her lip curling back in distaste. She felt around her pocket for her phone and felt the solid weight pressing up against her hand. The headache fluttered against her skull and she sighed, rubbing the spot between her eyes. She suddenly stood, as steady as building, glancing down at Elizabeth in subtle disdain. “No thank you. I’m going to try and find some way out of this mess... Where’s Phillip? I swear I heard him before I woke...” she trailed off, her brain ticking. “... and Nancy.” A flutter of jealousy plagued her stomach but she inhaled and turned to the window. “Anyone considered smashing the window?”

Arielle flinched as someone was patting her shoulder. It was Elizabeth - Arielle breathed out relieved and tried to relax. They weren't exactly friends, but they never had a serious problem and Arielle was happy for any help. Especially her offer to try finding medication. "Thanks a lot, Elizabeth", Arielle tried to give her smile, "I hope you're fine yourself. Don't worry I think it's getting a little better, I'll try my best to get up". Even though with pain, Arielle managed to sit up. Better than ... nothing?... She looked around the destroyed cafeteria, "Well this is some serious shit... Maybe we can just..". Arielle stopped, she wanted suggest to just walk out, but then realized she wasn't quite able to walk and neither were most of the others in the room.
Then the Thalia-Trauma happened. It was a horrible scene to behold. Arielle had the urge to throw up, but thanks to her hurting stomach that was impossible. "I never thought I'd be grateful for this pain", Arielle said with a suppressed voice, looking away from the scene. Slowly she turned back around to the place it happened, "Who-..", she couldn't manage to ask the full question.
Suddenly Arielle heard a beep coming from her phone. Her phone? Seriously? The school seemed to be destroyed and who knew what really happened, however her phone worked. Then her eyes widened, I ... I can call help... If I get messages I can also send messag- . Shocked she looked at her phone and read what was written in the text.
Kiss Sigvard on the lips. What the actual fuck?! , Arielle read it several times and tried to find out who sent it, with no result. Was it like those messages from the persons from her old school? She was used to get messages by one person or maybe even more. Arielle looked around, it seemed like no one was at their phone. And who else besides those inside the cafeteria knew that Arielle and Sig were both here? Nancy..Phillip...But would they?... Arielle thought and thought. Nancy wouldn't make fun of her like that, she knew Arielle had trouble with someone sending her spam, even if she didn't know why. Definitely not Nancy...But Phillip... It was complicated between those two. The constant friendly flirting was quite difficult and maybe he wanted to test her? But in this situation? No...He wouldn't...he .. he is to worried about us...
Arielle shook her head and finally decided to delete the message as well as the number. Enough is enough, stupid bitch. Arielle wouldn't let any troll tell her what to do or make fun of her. Then she tried to call 911.

After a series of long beeps Arielle suddenly heard a voice. She couldn't distinguish if it's a man or a woman, or even if it was a human one! The sound was distant, noisy and robotic.
"Prrr P Ss-s-s, Peeer p S-s-s," it kept hissing inside Arielle's ear and even when she turned off the phone - the voice didn't stop. The hissing echo rose inside the girls head causing pain and nausea.
Arielle lost one sanity point.

Thalia was silent, still being cold and tough with her. Even though I’m trying to keep ya’ll alive. But, taking in a deep breath she just looked at her with a small sigh. An unamused look as well, she was at least glad Arielle was trying to have some composure. Instead of being overly dramatic, they weren’t in a stage production. They were in some horror RPG where they had a lot at stake, she sighed.
«Just give Thalia some time»
Elizabeth used to have sinking depression, safe to say that the least she could do was offer that along with her mostly able body that was finally starting to cool off. She looked at Arielle who’s eyes were looking over the destroyed cafeteria, definitely not a pretty sight. Oh, was that an understatement.
"Well this is some serious shit...-"
«Tell me about it» That thought echoing her mind as she put her hands behind her back, “Definitely on the same page with that.” But, who would do this? Why here? And why to them? She frowned, maybe it was best if they could find some clues, aren’t their scattered clues? Or were those just for movies and she was just being rediculous for associating those with real life? Either way, worth a go. Now. «Or never»
"-Maybe we can just.."
“Tell you what, when we get the others up, I’m up for going with you to see if we can get any news from Nancy and Phillip on possible escape routes. ‘Kay?” She said politely as she put a hand on her hips, smiling down at Arielle. Mostly reassurance above all else. She than turned over to Thalia, her barely able to stand right and needing the wall but this lack of attention on the floor just lead to a mostly disgusting and horrific sight of the dead girl, veins popping out and dust all over her. «Fuck» This couldn’t be happening. «Fucking hell. This can’t be-! Fuck...» Her head blared as Thalia howled out:
“No... no no no no nO NO NO, FUCKING NO,”
Deep breath in and out, their was nothing they could do about it. The girl was dead, they saw what could be «us» if they weren’t careful and thought this out. She sighed, her gaze going to the floor. As she put Thalia next to Arielle. Only to get another reaction that could just say that Thalia had giant mood swings. What an understatement. She thought, folding her arms as she calmly looked at the girl.
“Oh, so I’m becoming babysitter to the unfortunate?”
Great, more whining... Just peachy, even though Elizabeth objectively had more obligations. Funny really, the people who had the biggest excuse to complain mostly didn’t. She sighed, chuckling as she said to Thalia, “If you’re a babysitter than I don’t wanna know what I am.” She was like some mother, really; a single mother taking care of a whiny toddler, a good girl and two collapsed children. What a pleasant analogy. «Not» She sighed, only than hearing her say.
“No thank you. I’m going to try and find some way out of this mess... Where’s Phillip? I swear I heard him before I woke...” “... and Nancy.”
She smiled slightly, well, at leas she wasn’t crying in a ball. “They left so they could try finding a way out.” She said blankly, Arielle’s been awfully quiet. Hmm, she turned her attention to her dialing something. Elizabeth looked at the window as Thalia mentioned it, her survival instinct was more sharp at the moment. She took a little guess, which was obvious. “The windows won’t budge.” She was just sure of that, no point in using a sharp tool if they weren’t going to use it on who was actually doing this. She than turned to Arielle. “Arielle?” What the hell? Something was off. Really «off».

Arielle called 911 in order to get help and avoid the thought of that stalker message she just got. The moment where the "beeps" should've came, suddenly all Arielle heard was some robotic and weird sound coming from the speaker. What the... She looked at her phone screen to see if something was off. However, she couldn't detect anything in particular. Why... She couldn't even finish her thought due to the increasing hissing coming from the speaker. "WHO-",Arielle screamed into the phone's microphone, "WHO ARE YOU?! HELLO??!! 911?!?!? Who is there?!?!?!"
Arielle hit some random buttons on her phone, but coming from the speaker was only some "Prrr P Ss-s-s, Peeer p S-s-s". She finally quickly ended the call and was about to smile relieved. But it didn't stop. "What in the....", with eyes wide open and a shocked face, Arielle stared at her phone, "St-...stop..." The noise increased and didn't stop , the constant hissing simply wouldn't stop. Arielle fell on her knees and tried to get her sim card out of phone to make it stop. Right after doing so, she but both the card and her phone her jacket.
"Prrr P Ss-s-s, Peeer p S-s-s" - "No.." "Prrr P Ss-s-s, Peeer p S-s-s" - "NO!!!!" "Prrr P Ss-s-s, Peeer p S-s-s" - "SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP" "Prrr P Ss-s-s, Peeer p S-s-s" - "YOU FUCKING WHORE, SHUT UP"
Arielle didn't use those words publicly in years! Whoever the bitch on the phone was, Arielle would get her revenge for this. Spam messages were one thing, but hacking her phone ? She covered her ears with her hands and flinched together every time those noises came back. Stop it ! Stop it ! Stop it ! What was happening? Arielle couldn't even think about any possible reason anymore. A hacker? Did somebody give her drugs? What was it?. Already having a bad headache after waking up and her stomach pain, the constant hissing noises enhanced that pain even more. After some time Arielle couldn't make any sounds herself anymore and was just lying on the ground with a shocked and angry expression.

(OOC: Unless Val has something else planned for Arielle, this is her during my inactive time)
Arielle couldn't forget the constant hissing. For her it didn't even stop. It went on and on. Was it all in her head? Was it real? Who knew. She sat up and held her knees and just stared into the room. With no real focus. Her facial expression turned from shocked to angry and finally to empty.

"...YOU FUCKING WHORE, SHUT UP"
"NO!" Veronica yelled waking up from a wicked dream that she had on repeat over and over and over. Her husband was holding her arms tight to her sides, making her face a redhead girl with her giant doe-like eyes looking at her expectantly. The girl didn't blink and just kept looking at her, while all of her students were falling down from the sky, their bodies splashing into filth. Veronica's head spun from a sudden awakening. She did her best not to barf, her hands clasped around her mouth. "My students," the teacher looked around the room, noticing Arielle sitting on the floor nearby, her eyes empty, staring at nothing in particular. "My school," another thought flashed through her mind, her eyes widening in fear. "No," she whispered. This couldn't be real. Was she still dreaming? Or did she... "ARGH!" she let out a cry and forced herself into silence. Her ankle was red and swollen. Veronica crawled a bit closer to Arielle and put her hand gently on the girl's back. At least some of her lovelies were here. But where were the rest?! Where was Nancy?! And that redhead girl. "Is everybody okay?" the woman rose her head, addressing all of her students. She tried to sound as confident as she could, but she couldn't deny the shake in her tone.

“They left so they could try finding a way out.” So, Phillip and Nancy were together after all. All of a sudden Thalia’s eyes twitched downwards sadly. She stared momentarily at the window, scanning the frame to see if there were any imperfections. But really, it was just to distract her from the momentary hurt in her gut. She clung tighter to Phillip’s jacket, which was loosely draped over her shoulders, only slightly stained in the blood that had destroyed the rest of her clothing. Thalia reached out, brushing her fingertips along the window’s glass, capturing her strained face in the reflection. She seemed older in that moment; older than she had ever been. She allowed her hand to fall as Arielle began to fumble with her phone.
Realising she hadn’t been paying much attention, she turned to face the commotion that had just erupted.
"WHO ARE YOU?! HELLO??!! 911?!?!? Who is there?!?!?!" Arielle cried into her phone, regressing into a state of shock as something seemed to have gripped a hold of her. Horrified, Thalia could only watch as her friend lay on the ground, intense fear and horror crippling her. Thalia backed away, fearful that whatever had gripped her was contagious. It was a subconscious act and looking back she’d have likely been disgusted with herself.
It could have just been a panic attack… It could be a seizure.
“Arielle,” Thalia croaked, her voice barely above a whisper. “Arielle you have to breathe. I know it’s scary… Y-You…” Her mouth was left open, her eyebrows drawn tight.
"Is everybody okay?" That familiar voice! Thalia glanced over to see Veronica rousing from her state of unconsciousness. All of a sudden, the fear gripped her again and a sense of panic flooded her pounding head once more. She backed away further, trying desperately to escape the scene; to just melt away into the shadows.
Her hand brushed something… The door. She could leave…
With another second of hesitation, Thalia lingered in the frame before her body moved for her. She swept out of the room, the sound of her heels clinking against the floor the announcement of her sudden leave.

"WHO ARE YOU?! HELLO??!! 911?!?!? Who is there?!?!?!"
Okay, «made sense» Arielle was scared as they all were and was simply calling. Okay... Nothing too off yet, she still felt an irritating feeling in her gut that something just wasn’t gonna happen right. Her attention off Thalia and now straight onto Arielle as she started to say a strand of things that simply wasn’t right:
"No.."
«No what?»
"NO!!!!"
«What the bloody hell..?»
"SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP"
Elizabeth ran up to her, lightly holding her shoulders and vaguely able to hear Thalia as she said, “Arielle, please! It’ll be okay-” Yet, all that went in utter vain.
"YOU FUCKING WHORE, SHUT UP"
«What the fuck!?» Yet, the instant she said that-
-"NO!"
M-m-miss Kishi! She immediately had tears of joy spring right out of her, not noticing Thalia leave, she sighed and looked over at Arielle as she pulled away and walked over to Miss. Kishi after her asking if they were okay.... “No... No we’re not.” She said plainly as she knelt down, looking over at her drama teacher. “We need to get out... But, how?” She thought as she stood back up, looking across the room and her gaze straight on the floor to make sure she didn’t see another bloody corpse.
[Elizabeth decided to make a perception check]

She sighed, “Ugh.” She couldn’t find anything. They were in a freaking cafeteria but damn, their was absolutely nothing. She immediately heard a beep from her phone and looked down.
>> Hit Veronica with a chair.
She stared, looking over at her phone. «What the fuck» She frowned, looking down at it and looked horrified. Something was telling her that if they were able to even send her a text, that they knew something that she didn’t. They could know. Be on their good side, yet she couldn’t hurt Veronica. Even if she questioned who Veronica was at times, or how bad the divorce made her but she didn’t deserve this. She said out loud, “I think their’s something under this chair.” Totally not lying, she lifted it up and walked, making herself slip, “Woah-!” She ended up hitting Veronica’s foot as she stood up. “S-sorry Miss!” Going back and looking back at the place, pretending to look for stuff.

Elizabeth heard her phone buzz again: Before Beth could finish reading the message, she tripped and fell flat face first onto another metal chair. She hit her forhead and now had swelling in that area.
Elizabeth lost 1 health point.

"No, Thalia! Wait!" Veronica tried to stand up but failed to follow one of her students hectically leaving the cafeteria. "Goddamit," she mumbled and her sight dropped to the floor only to see what ACTUALLY has scared the poor redhead away. "Oh, shi-" she held still numb and "frozen" Arielle close to her chest, not only to protect her but to calm down herself. A gruesome body of a girl lied down exposing her insides only in a couple meters from them. "I think their’s something under this chair," Beth's voice and the following hit on her injured leg led Veronica out of the trance. "FUCK!" she couldn't contain herself any longer and yelled out loud, her body bending from pain, tears streaming down her cheeks.
This was madness! "I needed to organize this mess before..."
She heard Beth falling over one of the chairs. "Before anybody will get themselves hurt..."
"Beth!" Veronica called for her student and wiped her tears away. She stood up leaning on a chair. "We can not sit here any longer," the woman said and looked down on Sigvard, Faith and Arielle. "Beth, can you call Thalia for help?" Veronica nodded towards the redhead "sleeping beauty". "We can't leave him like this in here - you and Thalia will... carry them."
She pulled Arielle up, leaning on the girl as on a crutch. "Arielle will follow you in a bit!"
